    Owner and history

    Clos Windsbuhl, the estate's largest vineyard site, covers six hectares. The soil, composed of Muschelkalk limestone, imparts minerality to the wine. The vineyard is situated on a moderately to steeply sloping hillside at an altitude of approximately 350 meters, with a south-east exposure. The vines are on average 52 years old and are cultivated using biodynamic farming methods.
