    Owner and history

    La Moynerie is a selection of 20-25 year old Sauvignon Blanc vines from specific plots. The soil consists of Kimmeridgian marl typical of the region, flint, and limestone. The vineyard is in organic conversion.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested grapes
    - Vinification in stainless steel tanks, large oak casks and demi-muids (10-12 months on fine lees)
