Owner and history

This estate boasts a unique terroir. The soil is composed of black clay. Merlot is the predominant grape variety, complemented by 4% Cabernet Franc.

Vinification and aging

Hand-harvested and traditionally vinified. Maceration period of 20 days. Aged in new oak barrels for 20 to 22 months.
