    The 62-hectare estate features a vineyard planted with 75% Cabernet Sauvignon and 25% Merlot. The plots are also located near Latour, Lynch-Bages, and Pichon-Baron. The soil consists of Günzian gravelly hillocks composed of pebbles and gravel cemented by clayey sands.
