    Owner and history

    The Château Quinault L'Enclos vineyard is located in the heart of the city of Libourne; it's a true urban vineyard! The estate comprises 20 hectares in a microclimate close to the Dordogne River. The vines are up to 45 years old, with the oldest planted in 1934. The soil is composed of warm gravel.

    Vinification and aging

    The work in the vineyard and the cellar adheres to the same exacting standards as its older sibling, Château Cheval Blanc. Aging takes place in 500-liter barrels, 50% of which are new, for 15 to 18 months.
