    Owner and history

    The vineyards of Quinault l'Enclos cover 20 hectares of clay-limestone soils. The vines are on average 45 years old and predominantly Merlot. The vineyard has been converted to organic farming and benefits from the same high standards as its older sibling, Château Cheval Blanc.

    Vinification and aging

    The wine benefits from aging in 500-litre barrels.
