    Owner and history

    This cuvée comes from a walled vineyard planted on clay-limestone soils. The Chenin vines are cultivated according to the principles of organic and biodynamic farming. At just 11 ares, this walled vineyard, located on the banks of the Loire, preserves remarkable freshness in the grapes and accentuates their mineral character.

    Vinification and aging

    - Manual harvesting and vineyard work
    - Barrel fermentation with pneumatic pressing (for 2 months)
    - Aged on fine lees for 9 months
