    Owner and history

    The plot is located southeast of Saumur, in the commune of Dampierre-sur-Loire. The soil is composed of Upper Turonian limestone clay. The vineyard is cultivated organically and biodynamically, with the utmost respect for the terroir and nature.

    Vinification and aging

    The grapes are harvested by hand into crates to preserve the integrity of the fruit. Fermentation then takes place in oval casks. The wine is aged on its fine lees for 9 months.
