    This cuvée comes from vines aged between 50 and 70 years. The Gamay vines are planted in granitic soils, located in the Brouilly appellation.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested grapes
    - Vinification with carbonic maceration to intensify the fruit of the Gamay
    - Maceration for 10 to 20 days
