    Ideal with a beautiful marbled rib of beef, a lamb tagine with cinnamon, or a pink duck breast served with nutmeg-spiced mashed potatoes. Serve at around 14-15°C.

    Owner and history

    Les Trois Roches refers to the three terroirs that compose it: Rochegrès, Roche Noire and La Rochelle. Each of these terroirs brings respectively finesse, vivacity and power.

    Vinification and aging

    The wine is made in the finest Beaujolais tradition, using semi-carbonic fermentation. It is produced without chaptalization or added yeast, and with minimal sulfites.
