    We recommend pairing this Fleurie with fine poultry or a mushroom risotto. Serve it at around 16°C after opening it at least 30 minutes beforehand.

    Owner and history

    The Clos de l'Armandier vineyard is a monopole planted exclusively with Gamay vines, aged between 15 and 30 years. It is located at the southeastern edge of Poncié, at an altitude of between 280 and 395 meters. This plot covers only 75 ares on a steep slope.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested grapes
    - Maceration of 12 to 15 days in whole bunches carried out in 60 Hl concrete vats
    - Maintaining temperatures below 30°C to preserve the fruit's freshness
    - Vinification with indigenous yeast, without SO2. Light sulfiting after malolactic fermentation.
    - Aged for 8 months in large oak casks and Burgundy barrels that have held 4-5 wines (15%).
